These Terms of Service govern your use of the Threadsort Chrome extension, website, and related services. By accessing or using Threadsort, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Threadsort

Threadsort is a browser-based research tool that helps users sort and export publicly visible Threads profile posts. Threadsort is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Threads.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use Threadsort. If you use Threadsort on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Free and paid access

Threadsort currently offers a Free tier and paid Pro subscriptions.

• Free supports the product within the published usage limits
• Pro removes those limits according to the plan shown at checkout
• Paid access is activated through the supported account and device entitlement flow

We may change pricing, plan features, or limits in the future. Any change will apply on a forward-looking basis and will not rewrite charges that were already completed.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold and managed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the billing terms, renewal rules, and customer portal flow presented during checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• You are responsible for keeping payment details current
• Taxes, fees, and billing details may be handled by the merchant of record
• Subscription management and cancellations are handled through the billing portal

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Threadsort for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, entitlement checks, or access controls
• Interfere with the extension, website, or underlying infrastructure
• Use the product in a way that violates third-party platform rules or applicable law
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except where such limits are not permitted by law

6. Third-party platforms and dependencies

Threadsort depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Threads, Chrome, Lemon Squeezy, hosting providers, and database infrastructure. Those services may change, become unavailable, or impose rules that affect how Threadsort works.

7. Product availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Threadsort at any time, including supported page types, extraction behavior, plan limits, account features, or integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality if platform changes break the product, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

Threadsort and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

9. User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the exported data, the actions you take based on the product’s output, and your compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

10. Disclaimers

Threadsort is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Threadsort is a research and workflow tool. It does not guarantee account growth, reach, revenue, or performance outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the use of Threadsort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to Threadsort will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Threadsort if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Threadsort at any time and may cancel a subscription through the billing portal.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Threadsort.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Threadsort after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
